Brief:

Bring to life the real daily routine of Dame Denise Lewis, showing how Symprove supports her health and wellbeing as a mother, former Olympian, and wellness advocate. The aim was to create a genuine, story-driven film that audiences could connect with emotionally.

Creative approach:

The creative strategy was to step away from polished ads and instead craft a sincerely human piece, led entirely by Denise’s real life, not brand messaging.

We filmed Denise at home, with her son, walking through her morning, from gut health rituals and breakfast prep to movement and mindset. Through gentle pacing, natural light, and reflective voiceover, the video paints a picture of her relationship with wellness that is calm, honest, and sustainable.

Rather than “featuring Symprove,” the product is simply part of her everyday rhythm, reinforcing its role as a trusted wellness companion.
