Analytics obessed, psychology led, creatorholic & neurodiversity advocate.
I have always paid attention to the small things. The way people pause before they speak, the shifts in tone, the patterns in how they show up online. I understood behaviour long before I studied psychology. Being autistic with ADHD means my brain catches details other people overlook, which naturally pulled me into social content where human patterns matter most.
I started creating in 2019 and have grown my own platforms while producing content for brands like Morrisons, Subway and Just Eat through agencies. I began in creative and production, then moved into strategy when I realised my best work came from understanding people first and building ideas that feel real, relevant and worth someone’s attention.
Today I blend psychology, lived experience and creative instinct to shape human led content. Whether I am behind the camera or presenting to lens, my focus is always the same. Make people feel seen. Outside of client work I film fitness and wellness content, create UGC and study for my Psychology masters with a matcha beside me.
